Spring Belle "Spring Belle Saison marries the crisp, spicy flavor of a traditional farmhouse saison, with its citrusy hop notes, to the fresh floral aromas of chamomile, rose petals, and elderflower. Late hopping with Calypso and Lemon Drop rounds out this drinkable spring bouquet." -Boulevard Brewing Co. ABV: 6.2% IBU: 35 |
Good Juju "A light ale brewed with organic ginger to create a spicy aroma and unique flavor...a little Juju voodoo. Fresh ginger kisses the lithe malty body, copulating with the hop in this pale ale ancestor. Emancipate yourself from the dead of winter, none but the vernal equinox can free the light. A refreshing frivolity. Hey mon. Shuccha fwangaa! Better a witch doctor than a trouble maker. Quit yor’ bitchin’ an’ get to witchin’." -Left Hand Brewing Co. ABV: 4.5% IBU: 20 |
Hop Hunter "This IPA harnesses the complex flavors of just-picked hops through an all-new method of steam distilling wet hops before they even leave the fields. This revolutionary technique captures and intensifies the natural flavors, creating a unique and intensely aromatic beer. Our custom process gathers pure hop oil which, when combined with traditional whole-cone hops in the brew kettle and makes for an incredible IPA experience." -Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. ABV: 6.2% IBU: 60 |
STILPA "We pronounce it “sta-leep-ah”; you pronounce it how you like. STLIPA, which is the acronym for St. Louis India Pale Ale, is actually a DIPA (Double or Imperial IPA, double the stats of a traditional IPA). We hope it’s a “sleepe” that you’ll include in your set of favorite DIPA’s from one of the best beer cities in the world St. Louis. Hops- Sterling, Cascade, Mt. Hood, Willamette, Chinook." -Urban Chestnut Brewing Co. ABV: 8.0% IBU: 60 |
South Bay Session "Tasty waves, tasty brews. That’s how we roll here in SoCal. This Session goes down smooth, with just the right combination of sexy hops to satisfy your inner beer geek. Clean, bright, and fresh, this easy going Dude is the perfect wingman or wingwoman for any occasion." -The Dudes' Brewing Co. ABV: 5.0% |
