New Photography by Patrick Andrew Adams
This collection is inspired by vivid dreams, nightmares, and recollections of fractured memories from my youth and from my travels. I layer together pictures and pieces of pictures that I have taken over the years to make one new and complete solid image. There is no central field of focus or subject; each image is to be viewed as multi-dimensional. The viewer should consider each element individually and also piece them together as whole. I usually begin with a title or string of thought and then an element or two and build on that to make something that I love or warp it into something completely unexpected.
